USDC across chains, settled in seconds. Everything you need to know about the ARCPIPELINE OTC desk.
What is ARCPIPELINE?
ARCPIPELINE is a neutral, non-custodial OTC desk for USDC between Ethereum and the Arc Network. Makers set every price; the desk never holds funds and never sets premiums. Every payment carries a self-refund guarantee.
How it works
Makers lock USDC on Arc at their chosen premium. Traders pick any live offer and pay the all-in price โ your premium plus a flat 0.1% service fee. Once the payment is confirmed on-chain, the locked USDC settles to the trader in seconds. Either side can cancel any time before fill.
Fees
A flat 0.1% service fee is charged on every trade. Nothing else. The fee is included in the all-in multiplier shown on each offer, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Payouts
When your offer is filled, you are paid out in USDC on Ethereum to the payout address you set when creating the offer โ by default, the wallet you connected. Settlements are escrowed on-chain and verifiable at any time.
Cancellation & refunds
Unfilled offers can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. If a trade fails to settle for any reason, the payment is automatically refunded in full.
